How to Register .ac.in, .edu.in and .gov.in Domains in India

ERNET India is registrar for .edu.in, .ac.in and .gov.in domains.

.edu.in and .ac.in domain is available to educational Institutions like school, colleges and institutes while .gov.in is available for government ogranisations.

Registration Process:

1) Check availability of the domain at http://www.registry.ernet.in and fill up the online registration form.

2) A formal request on the letterhead of the institute duly signed by the head of the institution.

3) Make a DD / Pay Order for the domain as mentioned on the ERNET India website.

Submit these documents to the address mentioned on the website of ERNET India.
